Big 321 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the big 321 platform — including the big321.click website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the big 321 platform, including unregistered visitors, new registered members, and existing members. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take up to 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit.

Big 321 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, big 321 will notify the member concerned within a reasonable timeframe.

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover requirement) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Big 321 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if the bonus was obtained through dishonest means or fraud.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.

You agree to use the big 321 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the big 321 platform:
